➤ ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

With 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of

electrical systems (low voltage Electrical motors, switch

gears, transformers, MDBS, etc )

➤ HVAC TECHNICIAN

With 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of HVAC

systems. ( AHU, AHU, FCU, DX Units, chillers etc)

➤ CIVIL TECHNICIAN

With 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of doors,

wooden fixtures, locks, furniture, tile, marble, pavement,

wall plastering & Painting etc.

➤ PLUMBER TECHNICIAN

With 3- 5 years experience in the maintenance of

kitchen equipment ( Valves, fittings, drainage systems,

all types of pumps etc)

• All candidates should have a diploma or a two-year industrial

training course (Preferred)

• 3-5 years’ experience in a FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

company or maintenance work is required.

• Preference to Candidates available to start immediately.
