Description:

Our establishment is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to serve our clientele in a busy and bustling environment. As a Waiter/Waitress , you will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. Your duties will include ensuring guests are satisfied, making menu recommendations, communicating effectively with the kitchen team, and accepting payments. The ideal waitress will be willing to work evenings and weekends, have a friendly demeanor, have prior POS experience, and have the ability to listen to customers and resolve complaints.

Duties and responsibilities

Greet customers and escort them to their table.

Present menu options and take orders.

Prepare tables and clean them after use.

Add orders to POS system

Serving food and drinks

Receive payments and resolve complaints

Following health and safety guidelines.

Previous experience as a waitress.

Mastery of POS and payment systems.

Patience and attention.

Shift flexibility

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
