Site Architect / Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Architect/Project Coordinator with 10+ years in the field. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects, coordinating between teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

• – This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
• – This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• • Collaborate with architects, engineers, supervisors, contractors.
• • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• • Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.
• • Coordinate Main MEP Activities
• • Coordinate with the site team regarding the project requirements.
• • Solving problems that might occur during a project.
• • Specifying the nature and quality of materials required Skills.
• • Can prepare BOQ and be able to submit tender proposals.
• • Prepare documents related to the project formalities.

Technical:

• • Strong organizational and planning skills
• • Experience in Interior Fit-Out Construction is a must
• • Ability to Work under pressure
• • Coordinate many activities at once.

Qualifications: Site Architect / Project Coordinator

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• • Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction-architecture that includes interior fit-out Projects
• • 10+ years of experience in site architecture and project coordination.
• • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• • Proficiency in architectural software and project management tools.
• • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• • Knowledge in General MEP Reading & Implementation & Coordination.
