QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Location : Qatar, Doha

Description:

A leading contracting company in Qatar is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

DESIGN ARCHITECT

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of architectural design

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office

Good communication and coordination skills

Must be available in Qatar / transferable visa preferred

SITE ARCHITECT

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience

Knowledge of site execution and architectural coordination

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office

Good communication and coordination skills

Must be available in Qatar / Transferable visa preferred

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience

Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, variation claims

Experience in cost control, billing, and subcontractor payments

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MS Office, QS softwares

Good communication and coordination skills

Must be available in Qatar / Transferable visa preferred
