Description:

•Outsource, Negotiate, and Procure of Goods and Services in alignment with Organizational Policies and Budgetary Constraints

•Identify Potential Suppliers, Conduct vendor Assessments, Negotiate Contracts to Secure Favorable terms.

•Maintain and Update Supplier Database, Ensuring Accuracy and Compliance with Company Standards.

•Stay informed about Market Trends, New Product and Potential Suppliers for Procurement Decision Making.

•Prepare and Maintain Documentation related to procurement activities, including Contracts, Purchase Orders and Reports.

•Ensure Compliance with Relevant Regulations and Ethical Standards in all Procurement Processes.
