Job Summary:

As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering and maintenance services across existing properties. This role involves developing preventive maintenance schedules, implementing procedures, and maintaining personnel records to optimize operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

• Supervise and coordinate technicians to execute engineering and maintenance tasks effectively.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery.
• Implement maintenance procedures to ensure operational efficiency and equipment longevity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, personnel performance, and equipment conditions.

Requirements: MEP Foreman Job in Doha, Qatar

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in MEP maintenance or related field.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team of technicians effectively.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 2001-5000 Qatari Riyals per month, based on experience and qualifications.
