Description:

InFocus Computer Training Centre is seeking an IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT fundamentals, programming languages, and computer administration. This role requires proficiency in C++, Python, and HTML, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups, helping them build essential IT skills for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT training sessions on basic and advanced topics.
• Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance to current IT standards.
• Provide practical and theoretical instruction in C++, Python, and HTML.
• Teach and assist trainees in mastering basic computer administration skills.
• Guide students in effectively using Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IT to ensure high-quality training sessions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Basic IT knowledge and foundational skills.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and HTML.
• Basic computer administration skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in training or teaching IT courses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on trainee needs.
