A LEADING MEP CONTRACTOR IN QATAR REQUIRED THE FOLLOWING;

HEALTH/SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICERS

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced HSE Officers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in implementing and maintaining effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs on MEP construction projects, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Provide HSE training and education to all project personnel.
• Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.

Candidates should be qualified professionals who must have a minimum qualification of NEBOSH/Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment related fields.

Should possess high end administration, communication and negotiation skills, as well as smart and professional appearance. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
