Position: General Manager cum Investor

About Us:

We are a dynamic group of companies based in Qatar, specializing in Contracting, Trading, and IT Services. We are currently expanding our operations to include a new Hard Facility Management and Civil Services division. We are seeking a visionary General Manager cum Investor to lead and grow this exciting new venture.

The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in facility management and a passion for driving business growth. As a General Manager cum Investor, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our new division and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the new Hard Facility Management and Civil Services division.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage financial performance and ensure the division meets its financial targets.
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities for expansion.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5-6 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in managing financial performance and driving business growth.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Local candidates with a valid QID who can join immediately are preferred.
