FIT-OUT FOREMAN Job In Qatar

We seek a Fit-Out Foreman with experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in the residential (Villa) sectors.

 Job Description

• • Oversee daily fit-out operations, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• • Direct and manage subcontractors and labourers, ensuring clear communication of tasks and efficient workflow.
• • Inspect work regularly to maintain compliance with design drawings and safety regulations.
• • Allocate materials, tools, and equipment effectively to support project timelines and requirements.
• • Address on-site issues promptly and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:

•  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in fit-out or construction projects.
• • Strong leadership and project management skills.
•  Preferred Qualifications:
• • Male candidates are preferred.
• • Previous experience in Doha or knowledge of regional regulations is a plus.
• • Philippines / Syrian nationalities are preferred.
