Responsibilities

• 1. Testing , Troubleshooting and Installation.
• 2. Maintenance and Repair.
• 3. Comprehensive understanding of preparing ITM reports.
• 4. Report Preparation.
• 5. In Depth knowledge in Fire Alarm/Fire suppression/Fire Pumps/Fire Fighting /ACMV Systems.

Requirements:

• 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Maintenance Management.
• 2. Diploma or Similar Trade Certification in Mechanical.
• 3. Oversee the regular maintenance and servicing of fire alarm, fire suppression, fire pump, and ACMV systems in commercial facilities.
• 4. Familiarity with NFPA standards and codes as they pertain to fire safety.
• 5. Knowledge of Qatar Civil Defense requirements and protocols .
• 6. Location : Doha
• 7. English proficiency is a must.
