Looking for a young and dynamic candidate for the position “Delivery coordinator “.

Project Role Description: Manage end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering. Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams. Contribute to solution development, growth, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for making sure, the complete loop of delivery cycle from collection and delivery by guiding the delivery staff.
• • Handling customer data and segregation as per requirement
• • Strong analytical and pro-active skill to ensure the customer/ clients satisfaction ‘
• • Responsible for time management in teams of collection and delivery
• • Supporting delivery staff for smooth operation
• • End to end resource planning for delivery boys across cities / regions.
• • Assessing demand patterns for different cities and forecasting requirements of boys by time slots.
• • Responsible for optimal planning to achieve balance of meeting delivery reliability as well as cost optimization.
• • Coordinating with on ground delivery managers and hiring teams on payment models,
• • Monitoring key KPIs related to delivery costs and performance, taking regular course corrections as and when needed.
• • Planning and implementing experiments to explore new and strategic initiatives / models for continuous optimization.

Requirements:

• • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• • Overall 3+ years’ experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in a reputed delivery organization.
• • Motivation to learn in a growing startup environment and take up additional responsibilities.
• • Qatar driving licence is mandatory.
• • Candidate must be locally available
