CIVIL-ENGINEER

Location : Doha, Qatar

Description:

We are seeking a qualified Civil-Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in villa, residential, or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess an UPDA certification (C or B level) and have a strong understanding of construction practices, design principles, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil-Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in villa, residential, or commercial construction projects.
• UPDA certification (C or B level) is required.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management software.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and construction methods.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
