• Experience: Fine Dining Restaurants or F&B Outlets within reputable Hotels
• Requirement: Locally available candidates with valid QID only

Job Description: Waitresses Job in Lusail, Doha – Qatar

1. Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean, and well-pressed, including appropriate shoes and nametag at all times.
2. Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
3. Perform all duties and tasks required at the outlet.
4. Be knowledgeable about all services and products offered.
5. Upsell items offered by the department assigned and offer alternatives.
6. Monitor operating supplies and equipment to reduce spoilage and wastage.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and surrounding area.
8. Successfully perform opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
9. Handle guest inquiries and report complaints and feedback to supervisors.
10. Ensure prompt follow-up on guest complaints.
