SUPERVISOR-FTTX Job In Qatar

·        Interpret and ensure self and subordinate employees are in compliance with TCT & Ooredoo agreements, laws & standard operating procedure of work.

·        Provide leadership and manage the teams, make decisions, solve problems develop team procedures, develop records & files and conduct team meetings if needed.

·        Convey management instructions and guidelines to team members.

·        Sole responsible for Installation & Maintenance teams.

·        Should have frequent communication between Project Manager, Project Engineer & designated teams.

·        Report to the office and update the team’s attendance.

·        Collect the work orders & faults details from Document Controller / Project Engineer.

·        Organize and plan the work schedule & work orders among the team to get maximum output with minimum effort and customer satisfaction.

·        Maintain liaison with other teams, departments and Divisions.

·        Ensure the team follows SOP, Safety measures on field.

·        Inspection and Approval of completed work orders & faults.

·        Inspect the unsuccessful work orders and take adequate measures.

·        Submit daily & monthly reports to concerned teams.

·        Ensure the teams have all necessary materials & tools for the daily work order/ Faults.

·        Conduct ISP & OSP design survey whenever required. Educate the team Members frequently regarding SOP & VOC.

Focal points for field Installation & Maintenance teams, should focus on the team’s daily completion, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Project insight, Interpersonal skills, Analytics skills, Good command over English, Able to create your own database, Expertise in Excell.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent

Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.

Previous experience in FTTX project Supervisor/ Coordinator 

salary : 2001-5000 QR

Experience : 3-4 Years
