Site Supervisor

Location : Qatar, Doha

Description:

required for site Supervisor overall progress of project taking and perform as a link between the PMC and the Company

Key Responsibilities *

myone shuttering and bantam shuttering

Manage the project in coordination with PMC and Contractor

Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule

Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and with the management.

Inspection of the work

Control and monitor material and equipment expenses.

Coordination with suppliers of material

Coordinate with the HO for overall commercial part of the project

Controlling site office staff and activities

Desired Skills & Experience

6-8 Years’ experience as a Supervisor for new -‐building commercial and residential projects.

Eye for details

Courage to highlight the issues to Company

Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.

Excellent relationship building and team management skills

Assertive in taking decision

Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
