Description:

Qmark Trading is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Administrator & Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations, team supervision, and preferably experience in the building materials or hardware sector

job roles.

·         Develop and maintain a new client database to support business growth

·         Handover qualified leads and client data to the marketing team for follow-up and campaigns,client registrations.

·         Attend client meetings and follow up on business opportunities with existing and new clients.

·         Follow up on payments and assist in clearing outstanding balances

·         Identify and approach potential new suppliers to expand product range and improve pricing.

·         Support and supervise the sales team to meet performance targets and client satisfactions.

·         Manage recruitment timelines in line with sales expansion and company growth
