Mechanical Draftsman

Location : Doha, Qatar

Description:

We’re seeking talented individuals with a minimum of 7 years of experience in building construction to join our growing team!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Construction Manager (Civil) – Lead and oversee building construction projects from start to finish.
• Site Engineer (Civil) – Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and safety regulations.
• Architect – Design innovative and functional buildings with a strong understanding of construction principles.
• BIM Coordinator (Civil) – Leverage BIM technology to optimize building design, construction, and ongoing operations. (Civil background preferred)
• Foreman (Architectural/Civil) – Provide direct supervision and leadership to construction crews on site.
• Safety Officer – Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a hazard-free work environment.
• QA/QC Engineer (Civil) – Ensure construction quality meets project specifications and industry standards.
• QA/QC Inspector (Civil) – Conduct inspections and maintain accurate documentation of construction quality.
• Quantity Surveyor – Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Document Controller (Arabic Speaking) – Manage and maintain project documentation, with fluency in Arabic.
• HVAC Technician – Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in buildings.

Mechanical Draftsman:

• Electrical Foreman – Supervise electrical installations and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
• Landscaper Foreman – Lead and oversee landscape construction and maintenance.

Bonus points:

• Minimum 5 years of continuous employment with one employer.
• Experience working on large and complex building projects.
