We are currently seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves overseeing and coordinating the daily cleaning and organizing activities within residential or commercial settings. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards while maintaining equipment and handling any issues promptly.

Job Details:

• Salary: 25001-40000 QR
• Experience: 7+ years in housekeeping supervision
• Location: Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and janitors.
• Schedule shifts and assignments for housekeeping personnel.
• Train new employees on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards.
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in hospitality or facilities management.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
