Job Summary:

As an Interior Designer at our company, you will collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to design interiors that reflect our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.  

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.

Develop and present creative interior design concepts, including sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.

Work closely with construction teams to integrate design elements into architectural plans.

Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with project goals and budget.

Prepare detailed technical drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD or similar tools.

Create high-quality Photorealistic Rendering (3D visualizations) using software such as 3D Max, V-Ray, or SketchUp.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and installations.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and construction technologies.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Oversee the execution of interior designs on-site, ensuring quality and attention to detail and coordination with subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of designs from various project teams.

Provide technical design solutions, particularly during the construction phases, with a client-centric focus.

Experience in a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring that every space meets aesthetic and functional goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in construction.

Software Proficiency:

Expertise in 3D Max, AutoCAD, and V-Ray for visualization and technical drawings.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentations and graphics.

Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D modeling software is a plus.

Skills:

Strong understanding of interior construction processes and material specifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building codes.
