We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Entry and Document Controller to join our team at Sigmarket. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with exceptional organizational and data management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

• Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
• Verify and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Document Control:

• Manage and control the flow of documents within the organization.
• Ensure proper documentation standards and practices are maintained.

Records Management:

• Maintain and organize physical and electronic records.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to various departments.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external document-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry and document control.
• Exceptional organizational and data management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: 2001-5000 QR
