Commis I Job Available in Qatar

(Should have enough exposure to American cuisine and should be well versed with Steaks, Grills, Burgers, Pastas, Pizzas, Salads, and Desserts etc.)

Responsible for:

·       Working under the directions of the Chef de Partie

·       Take individual responsibility of the station assigned

·       Responsible for the quality of food made in the station

·       Responsible for quality and quantity controls and maintenance of set standards

·       Monitor dishwashing area and ensure smooth operations of the same

·       Mise en place and prep

·       Work in one or more of these stations (Store, grill, fryer, range, oven, salad, sandwich, dessert, and coffee)

·       Perform other opening, closing, and handover duties

·       Pick up store

·       Maintain kitchen cleanliness

Preferred Qualifications:

Must be:

·       Locally available

·       Valid QID & Passport

Basic Details:

• Experience : 3-4 Years
