Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Officer to join our team at Sigmarket. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage calendars and ensure timely communication of schedules.

Records Management:

  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: 2001-5000 QR
Experience: 5-6 Years
