We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our team for a short-term project in a luxury GCC hospitality environment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and possess excellent communication skills in English. This position is open exclusively to Filipino candidates who are locally available, with a valid visa and QID.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫:

• Greet and assist guests with menu recommendations and food or beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-organized, ready for guest arrival.
• Monitor guests’ needs throughout their dining experience and provide assistance when necessary.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area, including resetting tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience as a server in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury GCC environment.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

Nationality: Open to Filipino candidates only.

Location: Applicants must be locally available with a valid visa and QID.

Experience: Previous experience working in high-end hospitality settings is highly preferred.
