Arabic Manager

We are a growing company that owns and operates multiple restaurants and cafés. As the new year begins, we are expanding our business and launching a new concept, creating exciting career opportunities.

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager with strong business knowledge and solid understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full operations of restaurants and cafés

Manage and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

Control costs and maximize profitability

Develop business strategies to increase sales and growth

Prepare budgets and financial reports

Lead, train, and manage staff performance

Ensure high standards of customer service and quality

Support the launch of new concepts and expansion plans

Requirements:

Proven experience in restaurant or café management

Strong financial and business management skills

Experience handling P&L and budgeting

Leadership and team management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
