Location: Doha, Qatar

Industry: Landscape / Construction

A well-established Landscape Company in Qatar is seeking a competent and experienced Camp Boss to manage labor accommodation and camp operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily camp operations

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline in the camp

• Implement health, safety, and company policies

• Supervise camp staff and housekeeping activities

• Coordinate with HR/Admin regarding manpower records, supplies, and welfare

• Handle workers’ issues and report to management regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Camp Boss or in a similar role

• Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa (mandatory)

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Experience in landscape or construction companies preferred

• Nationality preference: South African, Indian, or Nepalese
