Seeking a skilled and licensed Real Estate Photographer with a proven ability to capture and edit professional property images that enhance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in real estate photography, including composition, lighting, and post-production, with a valid driver’s license to facilitate travel between properties. This role demands a creative eye, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality visual content that showcases properties effectively. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are essential to facilitate travel between locations.

Job Responsibilities: Photographer-Real Estate

• Produce high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, covering interiors, exteriors, and aerial views as required.
• Edit and enhance images using professional software to ensure exceptional visual appeal and marketing readiness.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand objectives and emphasize key property features.
• Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring shoots are well-organized and conducted efficiently.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in real estate photography to continually improve quality and relevance.
• Assist in staging and preparing properties to achieve optimal visual presentation.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Photography or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer with a comprehensive portfolio of property images.
• Proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and a clear understanding of visual storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in Mac OS.
• A valid Qatar driver’s license is required
• Valid visa and QID.

Preferred Skills: Photographer-Real Estate

• Experience with 3D virtual tour technology, such as Matterport.
• Expertise in HDR photography techniques and advanced lighting setups.
• Strong multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Videography and video editing experience is highly advantageous.
