Chef de Partie-Temporary Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join a luxury hospitality establishment in Qatar for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary excellence, a strong background in fine dining, and the ability to manage a specific section in a high-pressure kitchen environment. Immediate availability and local presence in Qatar are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to create and refine menus that align with the establishment’s luxury dining standards.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and requisition supplies needed for your section.
• Handle any kitchen-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or certification in culinary arts or equivalent training is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Expertise in a specific culinary area (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

• Locally available in Qatar.
• Immediate availability for joining.
