Job Summary:

We are recruiting talented Chef de Partie / Chef de Cuisine professionals with extensive experience in luxury hospitality for a prestigious 3-month assignment starting in November. Candidates must hold a valid QID and visa, with immediate availability. The employer provides full support with food, accommodation, and transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in flavor and presentation.
• Supervise and collaborate with kitchen staff, maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with menu planning and culinary innovation, ensuring alignment with guest preferences.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols within the kitchen environment.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as Chef de Partie or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong culinary expertise with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Salary Range:

• Chef de Partie: QAR 5,500 – QAR 6,000 per month
• Chef de Cuisine: QAR 10,500 – QAR 11,000 per month
