Job Description:

Land Royal Properties, a leading real estate agency in Qatar with a Brokerage License, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful real estate sales and a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage a list of potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Assist clients with the buying, selling, and rental processes, including negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and closing deals.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and provide clients with the latest information.
• Collaborate with other agents and appraisers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Participate in open houses, home inspections, and other events to promote listings and attract potential buyers.

Requirements:

• Active real estate license.
• Proven track record of successful real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate.
