**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Administration Monitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all food handling and administration procedures are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires someone with a valid Qatar ID and a food handling certificate, who is committed to maintaining high standards in food safety and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Food Safety Compliance:**

– Monitor food handling practices to ensure they meet local health and safety regulations.

– Conduct regular inspections of food storage, preparation, and serving areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.

2. **Training and Supervision:**

– Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety protocols and best practices.

– Supervise food handling staff to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.

3. **Record Keeping:**

– Maintain accurate records of food safety checks, inspections, and training sessions.

– Report any discrepancies or violations to management promptly.

4. **Quality Control:**

– Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring that only safe and high-quality ingredients are used.

– Assist in the development and implementation of food safety policies and procedures.

5. **Communication:**

– Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to address any food safety concerns.

– Stay informed about changes in food safety regulations and industry standards.

**Qualifications:**

• – Valid Qatar ID and food handling certificate are mandatory.
• – Previous experience in food administration, safety monitoring, or related fields is preferred.
• – Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• – Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
