We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have significant pre-opening experience in the restaurant industry, demonstrating the ability to successfully plan, execute, and manage all aspects of a restaurant’s pre-opening phase.

• • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• • Ensure F&B outlets operate efficiently and profitably, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• • Conduct regular inspections of F&B outlet to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• • Monitor and manage F&B budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment, to maximize profitability.
• • Manage and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service and efficiency.
• • Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance and profitability.
• • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
• • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
• • Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to develop innovative and appealing menus.
• • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages.
• • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements: Restaurant Operation Manager Job In Doha, Qatar

• • Minimum 7 years of Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager.
• • The ideal candidate must have significant pre-opening experience in the restaurant industry.
• • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
