Description: Immediate Hiring – Lifting Supervisor In Doha, Qatar

A Lifting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating lifting operations on a work site. This role ensures that all lifting activities are conducted safely and efficiently, in compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Must be at least 30 years of age.
• Be educated to a minimum qualification of Higher Secondary School Certificate or HNC or equivalent qualification.
• Be physically fit to undertake the Lifting Supervisor duties.
• A minimum of five (5) years Lifting experience in, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Have had adequate training and experience and be competent to act as an appointed person or focal point nominated by management to be in overall control of the lifting operations.
• Have a good command in the English language (read/write) for effective communication and be able to understand and execute the lifting as per the plan.
• Have strong administrative and supervisory skills to schedule, monitor and control the lifting equipment personnel and lifting operations.
• Have experience related to lifting plan documentation requirements and its development.
• Be trained and holding a valid certificate of competence issued by an approved TPCA or an internationally recognized body acceptable to Qatar Gas in accordance with the relevant standard
• Have attended minimum five (5) days training for fresh hands and three (3) days for the refreshers.
